Shipping Policy:
At Babi, we're committed to delivering your order with care and efficiency. Here's what you need to know about our shipping and returns policies:
Returns/Exchanges: To request a return or exchange, please visit our convenient [Returns Portal] (link to returns portal). Please note that $7 of the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
General Ordering Information:
- After placing your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email.
- Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be available through the carrier's website.
Delivery Details:
- Orders placed before 12:00 AM PST will ship the same day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 AM PST will ship the next business day.
- We process and ship orders Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on a Sunday or holiday will be processed the following business day.

Shipping/Delivery Times:
- Local delivery typically takes 1-5 business days.
- All non-expedited shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
- Saturday delivery may not be available in all areas.
Lost/Stolen Packages: For suspected lost or stolen packages that are confirmed to be delivered to the address entered in the order Babi will:
- Confirm delivery to the provided address.
- Provide the delivery date.
- Share tracking information and shipping provider details for your review. If further steps are needed, we will proactively work with you to resolve the issue and provide support and additional information as required.
Incorrect Delivery/Returned to Sender Packages: While we strive to assist you in receiving your package if it's mistakenly sent to the wrong address, Babi is not responsible for incorrectly entered shipping information. Please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order. If your package is returned as undeliverable, we will email you a shipping invoice with the additional shipping cost to resend your order.
